Job Summary
Provide technical support and maintenance applications (C#) and related systems.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates patches and enhancements.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential problems.
Document support activities issue resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
Analyse user requirements and recommend improvements for application stability and efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in development or application support ideally 2 years.
Strong knowledge Framework (C#) MS-SQL/MySQL Scripting (PowerShell).
Experience with application troubleshooting debugging and performance optimization.
Familiarity with software deployment and maintenance processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
