Talent Partner, Engineering (Contract)

What Youll Do:

Youll join CoreWeaves Talent Acquisition team supporting Engineering hiring across EMEA partnering closely with hiring managers in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Production Engineering and Operations Engineering. The team is responsible for scaling high-performing technical talent in complex distributed systems environments while maintaining speed quality and a strong candidate experience.

About the role:

This Contract Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment across a range of engineering roles in EMEA with a focus on SRE Production and Operations Engineering. Day-to-day you will partner with hiring managers to scope roles build targeted sourcing strategies and manage pipelines from initial outreach through to offer and close. Youll operate in a high-growth environment balancing multiple requisitions while maintaining high hiring standards and velocity. This role requires strong market mapping proactive sourcing and the ability to navigate complex technical hiring landscapes across multiple regions.

Who You Are:

• 5 years of recruiting experience including technical recruiting for engineering roles
• Proven track record of hiring in EMEA markets (UK Poland or broader Europe)
• Experience recruiting for SRE Production Engineering Operations Engineering or similar infrastructure-focused roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions (510 roles simultaneously)
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and other direct sourcing methods
• Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes including intake calibration offer management and closing
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse
• Knowledge of EMEA hiring practices and employment compliance

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting in cloud infrastructure AI infrastructure or distributed systems environments
• Exposure to hiring for teams working with Kubernetes large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems (nice to have not required)
• Experience supporting hiring in high-growth or scaling technology companies

This is a contract role offered on a fixed-term basis (FTC) with compensation structured as a day rate plus benefits. The day rate will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. This role is not eligible for equity participation.
