Finance Business Partner

The Role

To help our Global Finance team support the business in the best possible way were looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Finance Business Partner who enjoys working closely with this role youll partner with our Operational teams to support profitable growth manage investment and costs effectively and help leaders make wellinformed decisions.

Youll also play an important part in our monthly management reporting and be closely involved in planning forecasting and budgeting cycles helping shape the story behind the numbers and ensuring the business has the insight it needs to move forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with senior leaders to drive profitable growth manage costs and support informed decisionmaking.
• Provide clear commercial insight through KPIs forecasting and performance analysis.
• Act as a trusted adviser identifying trends risks and growth opportunities across the business.
• Play a key role in forecasting budgeting and business planning cycles.
• Strengthen reporting and insight through improved use of business intelligence automation and continuous improvement.
• Use variance and trend analysis to help drive corrective actions and better outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and priority projects as a finance subject matter expert.
• Support simpler more effective ways of working by reducing nonvalueadding activity and formalising finance processes and controls.

Experience and Skills  

• A professional accountancy qualification is preferred (CIMA ACCA ICAS or equivalent). 
• A good track record of financial business partnering with Executive Teams and Senior Management. 
• Strong Excel modelling skills (complex formulas) and highly proficient in working with large volumes of data. 
• Extensive Finance systems experience would be advantageous  Power BI Microsoft Dynamics 365.  
• Strong experience working in a customer-focused environment.  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve buy-in from various stakeholders and collaborate with other team members. 
• The ability to analyse large complex data sets articulating clear insight-led recommendations to stakeholders. 
• Problem-solving questioning mind-set and always thinking about continuous improvement.  
• Organised and able to plan to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes.
