Job Length: Permanent (would consider FTC)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together the one common goal remains and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the role:

Play a key role in shaping how Carlsberg Britvic attracts and hires skilled professionals. This role sits at the heart of our recruitment activity partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver highquality inclusive hiring across the business. Ideal for an experienced inhouse recruiter who enjoys building relationships delivering an excellent candidate experience and making a real impact in a fastmoving valuesled organisation.

If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition this role will play a key part in our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the full endtoend recruitment lifecycle from attraction and screening through to interview offer and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver highquality outcomefocused hiring solutions.
• Facilitate effective hiring manager briefings aligning expectations timelines and responsibilities across the recruitment process.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers on bestpractice recruitment inclusive hiring and relevant legislation.
• Prescreen candidates against role requirements maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system and presenting wellqualified shortlists.
• Support interviews by providing guidance tools and advice to ensure fair consistent and highquality assessment.
• Deliver a positive engaging candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates at every stage of the process.
• Ensure recruitment marketing materials are current onbrand and aligned with Carlsberg Britvics employer value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a joinedup recruitment service.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience in inhouse recruitment delivering endtoend hiring across a range of roles.
• Experience using job boards CV databases and social media channels to attract diverse talent.
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems particularly applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Effective communicator who builds trusted relationships and engages stakeholders across all levels.
• Highly customer and candidatefocused committed to delivering excellent service.
• Organised and detailfocused with proficient administration and MS Office skills.
• Right to work in the UK and a genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and employer branding.
