Summary
The Buckle Rewards Analyst pulls data from various third-party providers as well as multiple Buckle resources and compiles information in order to better understand trends and results to make better decisions going forward. The Teammate in this role serves as the backup to many functions of the Rewards Project Manager. The Buckle Rewards Analyst manages and executes Buckle Rewards Teammate contests and incentives. This role provides a high-level of support for Rewards Guests and Teammates while working through complex situations with Bread Financial (Buckle Card provider). This Teammate will create and administer all store training materials related to the Buckle Rewards program.

Reporting Data Analysis and Insights
Create summarize and distribute reports to various leadership levels using Excel AS400 Aptos Bread Financial and other various data points.
Create Buckle Card Apps/Trans and Market Share Goals and maintain accuracy as new stores are opened or existing stores are closed.
Analyze historical data to create and make recommendations for upcoming events.
Support Sales Teammates and leadership by providing specialized reporting requests and sharing feedback between Sales and Administration teams.
Provide data and input to create new or revise existing Teammate incentives to improve overall results.
Create and manage Buckle Card gift rewards (bounce back or TM incentives) including compliance review testing issuing expiring and reporting.
Program and Compliance Management
- Create execute and analyze Teammate promotions designed to stimulate engagement with Buckle Loyalty programs by partnering with internal and external teams across various departme
- By collaborating with stakeholders ensure the accurate creation coordination and inclusion of statement banners on Guest billing statements.
- Serve as the point of contact for high-level Rewards-related issues. Research and respond to escalated Guest and Teammate loyalty program questions and issues including technical data testing and validation.
- Administer miscellaneous Buckle Card functions including mis-keyed sales and payments guest bankruptcy communication and client access.
- Complete various program changes in the CRM and ensure compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Correct and track Buckle Card compliance issues reported from Bread Financial at all brick-and-mortar locations.
- Create and distribute training materials for all internal Buckle Teams including all Sales training. Must understand and apply Bread Financial compliance requirements.
- Communicate Buckle Card program changes training material updates and teammate Awards to the Teammate Center Content Team and/or Checklist Team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Enhancement
- Work closely with the Loyalty Program Project Manager to assist with standard marketing events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies with clear goals and expectations to enhance loyalty programs.
- Work with the Sales team to develop and improve Guest and teammate experience.
- Create and distribute monthly Buckle Card newsletters to Sales managers and leadership.

Education and/or Experience
College degree preferred or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Excel skills are required including creating advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
