What youll do:
- Managepost-sale relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor for all things Ivanti.
- Driveproduct adoption and utilization through deep understanding of customer business needs and technical expertise.
- Advisecustomers on advanced product features recommending strategies for achieving their specific business goals.
- Identifyopportunities for upselling cross-selling and renewal to maximize value for both the customer and Ivanti.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams (Marketing Sales Engineering Professional Services Training Support Finance) to resolve issues and deliver seamless experiences.
- Leadclient escalation response and coordinate efforts to deliver successful solutions.
- Buildlasting client partnerships by sharing best practices and fostering trust.
What you will bring:
- 3 years experience in customer success account management technical support or related fields.
- Deep understanding of client business processes and ability to translate technical product features into impactful outcomes.
- Excellent communicatorconfident advising both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts prioritize tasks and deliver results.
- Experience with SaaS IT solutions or CRM platforms is preferred.
- Bonus points for certifications exposure to global environments and multilingual skills.
