Define resources and necessary means to ensure the successful development of engineering projects linked to your business & technical activities. Participating to the recruitment process with the support of recruiters and the International Department based in France: sourcing job ad creation and posting headhunting. Selecting & recruiting the talents engineers who will join your team: technical interview. Locates or proposes potential business deals by prospecting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies deal requirements potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals. Closes new business deals for high technical value consultancy activities with our customers by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
