Job Summary
Liquid Personnel is recruiting two experienced Adults Social Workers to join its clients Home First Hospital Team in Swansea.
2 x Full-Time Roles 3-Month Temporary Contract.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity working across local hospitals and within the community to support safe and timely hospital discharges for adults as part of the Home First approach.
What will your responsibilities be
- Primarily based atMorriston Hospital with potential cover acrossSingleton Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon.
- Direct hospital-based practice with community follow-up work.
- Office-based Monday to Friday no remote working available.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
