About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Italian speaker with solid experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will focus on generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline within the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Italian market
- Identify qualify and nurture new business opportunities
- Engage with decision-makers and effectively present company products/services
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent Italian (C1C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven resilient and highly motivated
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
