About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent German speaker with proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the DACH market
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Present company products/services effectively to decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent German (C1C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient target-driven and comfortable handling objections
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
