Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Dutch Speaker)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Dutch speaker with proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to pipeline growth in the Benelux market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Benelux market
- Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities
- Engage with decision-makers and present company products/services
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with potential customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with high resilience
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria
