Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers responsible for defining tracking and maintaining key business metrics that guide operational performance and strategic decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable BI solutions that address critical business needs. Oversee the design and implementation of automated dashboards reports and self-service BI tools to democratize data access across the organization. Work closely with Data Engineering Hardware and Software Development teams to optimize data capture integration and storage solutions. Own critical business reporting including MBRs QBRs and WBRs.
Position Requirements:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Statistics Economics or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Intelligence Engineer Business Analyst or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Statistics Economics or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one years of experience in the following skills: (1) using SQL and ETL; (2) data visualization using Tableau QuickSight or a related tool; and (3) using R Python Weka SAS Matlab or related software for statistical analysis or machine learning.
