Position Responsibilities:
Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to manage critical infrastructure services for global enterprise-scale customers. Troubleshoot complex service issues using groundbreaking technologies reproduce customer issues to identify the root cause and build proof-of-concept environments aligned with cloud-best-practices. Build utilities and tools that facilitate safe high-speed wide-scale operations. Identify technical issues and develop improvements to technical processes. Serve as a point of escalation and drive customer communication during critical service events. Mentor junior engineers.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Networking Information Technology or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered as a Systems Administrator or in a related IT/Cloud Operations support role. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) configuring managing and troubleshooting large-scale systems including cloud virtualization distributed networks and co-location; (2) Linux or Windows Operating System support; (3) networking including deploying and troubleshooting LAN VPN Firewalls and TCP/IP.
