Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as a technical authority across CWW influencing architecture and engineering standards beyond the immediate team.
- Lead the design and delivery of highly interactive greenfield logistics applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Own and evolve the application architecture ensuring scalability maintainability and alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
- Define and champion development standards best practices and patterns across cross-functional and cross-divisional engineering efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams across divisions to drive consistency in integration patterns system design and solution delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product roadmap from a technical perspective.
- Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and architectural review sessions serving as a key voice in technical decision-making.
- Write and review unit tests integration tests and acceptance tests; promote a Test Driven Development culture across teams. Implement new features and resolve defects across the full stack: HTML CSS JavaScript MVC C# F# and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Identify and mitigate technical risk across projects through proactive architecture reviews and cross-team collaboration.

Other Skills & Abilities
- Deep expertise in web UI development: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Angular/React
- Strong proficiency in MVC and C# / F#
- Microsoft SQL Server data modeling query optimization and integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and drive technical decisions across teams Strong knowledge of source code management branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and iterative development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Test Driven Development (TDD) mindset
Physical Requirements
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse and other computer components
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
- 7 years of application development experience
- Demonstrated track record of cross-team technical influence and architecture ownership
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
