The Office Manager role at Roach & Associates exists to alleviate the invoicing and administrative burdens currently handled by senior leadership enabling them to focus on strategic objectives. This position supports the firms mission by maintaining seamless office operations and ensuring a high-quality client experience which is vital for the firms success and growth. As a key player in the firms administrative backbone you will have a direct impact on operational efficiency and client interactions.
What youll do:
- Invoicing and Billing Management: Oversee invoicing billing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies payroll support and insurance renewals to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Front Desk Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Conference Room Management: Coordinate scheduling preparation and reservations for meetings to support client and team needs.
- Client Experience Support: Provide exceptional client-facing service ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to existing procedures contributing to the firms operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other team members ensuring administrative tasks are completed effectively.
- Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive information and maintain the confidentiality of the firms finances.
