Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Evaluate and revitalize underperforming or at-risk Salesforce deployments.
- Architect design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and integrate various Q2C (Quote to Cash) and Sales tool configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers administrators and business analysts.
- Ensure all technical deliverables meet high standards of quality scalability and performance.
- Provide hands-on development support leveraging AI development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Einstein).
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Manage project timelines risks and technical dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce certifications and deep understanding of Salesforce architecture Apex Lightning Components and integration patterns.
