Position: Manufacturing Process Associate - Weekend Shift
Location: Millersburg PA 17061
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: Weekend Night Shift - Friday Saturday and Sunday - From 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Summary:
  • As a Manufacturing Operator / Manufacturing Process Associate at the client you will contribute to meaningful work that impacts healthcare environmental safety and food protection.
  • This role involves manufacturing assembling and packaging BioProcess Containers in a cleanroom environment while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • You will work in a fast-paced team-oriented setting with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
  • Manually assemble tubing and connectors used in the medical industry
  • Manufacture bags according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product blueprints
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings blueprints and work instructions
  • Use measuring tools (e.g. tape measure) to meet customer requirements
  • Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products and escalate issues when necessary
  • Accurately complete and maintain documentation in compliance with GMP requirements
  • Operate equipment and handle materials as required for production
  • Promote and support a culture of safety and quality
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Participate in Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives
Required Skills
