You Will
- lead and develop people: You are a team leader of a sales-oriented team and do your best to develop your team professionally and personally through feedback sessions and coaching.
- make onboarding: You develop training plans and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- provide an analysis and feedback: You regularly conduct evaluations and identify strengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for your team.
- provide customer service: You are very hands-on partly involved in operational work and conduct consulting calls (inbound & outbound) all without cold calling.
- recruit: You regularly conduct job interviews to expand your team.
- realize ideas : You optimize processes and continuously work on further developments.
Requirements
- Sales: You bring several years of experience in sales ideally in the financial services sector telephone sales or as a bank clerk.
- Leadership: You have demonstrable initial leadership experience (technical & disciplinary)
- Being able to inspire and motivate people: You possess a high capacity for enthusiasm are ambitious have strong social skills and a sense of responsibility.
