Main Tasks
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead a sales-driven team and support both their professional and personal growth through coaching and feedback
- Onboarding: Design and implement structured onboarding and training programs
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular evaluations identify strengths and areas for improvement and create targeted development plans
- Customer Interaction: Actively participate in daily operations including inbound and outbound customer consultations (no cold calling)
- Recruitment: Conduct interviews and contribute to team expansion
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and implement new ideas
Requirements
- Sales Expertise: Several years of experience in sales ideally within financial services telephone sales or banking
- Leadership Skills: Initial proven experience in leading teams (both technically and disciplinarily)
- People Skills: Strong ability to motivate and inspire with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and innovation
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of processes
