This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes coordinating delivery resource planning providing visibility of program health and managing program risks compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes timeline and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsible for planning coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives coordinates delivery manages risks ensures compliance with standards and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meet the clients expectations in terms of functionality quality timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery e.g. kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls tollgates etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks/issues and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.

Senior Delivery Lead responsible for end to end delivery of complex cross functional technology programs with significant business client and employee experience impact. This role goes beyond traditional project management to provide strategic delivery leadership strong technical fluency and the ability to translate between business outcomes and technical execution.

The Delivery Lead partners closely with engineering architecture infrastructure security risk and business stakeholders to plan execute and govern technical initiatives from concept through production stabilization. The role requires deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles enterprise platforms dependencies and risk combined with the ability to lead through influence across multiple organizations.

You will own delivery outcomes proactively identify and resolve risks guide teams through ambiguity and ensure solutions are technically sound compliant scalable and aligned to strategic objectives. This role operates as both a hands on delivery leader and a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs such as kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls and tollgates

• Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations as well as Compliance and Risk

• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders

• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes delivery performance risks issues and schedule

• Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

• Manages program financials and supports resource planning

• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

• Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusion

• Works well independently with strong time management prioritization and organizational skills

• Accountability for developing plans to deliver future-state approaches and facilitating the implementation

• Ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor solutions to ensure deadlines are met and risks are addressed

Delivery Leadership & Execution

• Lead end to end delivery of large complex and high visibility technology programs ensuring alignment across business engineering architecture infrastructure security and operations
• Own delivery strategy roadmap milestones dependencies and critical path across multiple workstreams and teams
• Drive delivery rigor through kick offs status reviews risk and issue management change controls tollgates and executive readouts
• Anticipate delivery risks early (technical operational regulatory or organizational) and proactively develop mitigation strategies

Technical Acumen & Solution Oversight

• Demonstrate strong technical fluency to understand system architectures integration patterns data flows infrastructure dependencies and non functional requirements (performance resiliency security)
• Partner with architects and engineers to validate solution approaches sequencing and delivery feasibility
• Translate technical concepts and trade offs into clear actionable insights for non technical stakeholders
• Maintain a broad understanding of legacy platforms modern cloud based ecosystems automation AI enabled capabilities and emerging technologies and assess their delivery implications

Governance Risk & Compliance

• Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise governance risk regulatory and change management standards
• Partner with Compliance Risk and Audit teams to ensure appropriate controls documentation and testing evidence are in place
• Manage delivery artifacts and documentation required for internal and external audits

Testing Release & Implementation

• Provide oversight and active participation in software testing cycles including system integration and user acceptance testing
• Support business users during testing and coordinate defect triage and resolution with technology teams
• Ensure production readiness including deployment planning operational handoffs and post implementation stabilization
• Ensure testing evidence and delivery documentation are produced at a level suitable for project teams vendors regulators and auditors

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
• Establish target outcomes and success metrics in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders
• Deliver clear concise and credible executive level communications including status risks decisions and recommendations
• Demonstrate executive presence lead complex discussions and influence decision making at senior levels

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage program financials forecasts and delivery budgets
• Support resource planning across internal teams and external partners
• Balance scope cost timeline and quality while maintaining delivery commitments

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience delivering technology initiatives within complex enterprise scale environments with demonstrated progression into senior delivery or program leadership roles
• Proven track record leading large cross functional technology programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles infrastructure and platform delivery and production release management
• Demonstrated expertise navigating governance risk regulatory and compliance requirements in a technology delivery context
• Broad technical knowledge spanning legacy systems modern platforms cloud technologies automation AI enabled capabilities and enterprise tooling with the ability to assess delivery impact and risk
• Hands on experience with delivery and infrastructure tools such as JIRA Horizon Remedy or similar platforms
• Ability to rapidly learn complex systems ask the right technical questions and independently build domain expertise
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound delivery decisions under ambiguity

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience operating as a Delivery Lead Technical Program Manager or Senior Program Manager in regulated or highly governed environments
• Working knowledge of Agile hybrid and waterfall delivery frameworks and ability to tailor approaches based on initiative needs
• Strong proficiency with MS Office including executive level presentations and delivery dashboards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and non technical audiences
