Job Summary
The Manufacturing Systems Manager will:
Overall Management and Responsibility for the Manufacturing Systems within the Mt. Vernon Plant Manufacturing Operations. Initiates and steers manufacturing system process implementation within the Plant coordinating business requirements as needed of Standard Manufacturing Systems for both TT and PLT while steering the local key users of these business processes.
- Initiates and steers the roll-out of the Manufacturing Suite within the plant
- Ensures the utilization of standard products based on the identified business needs and organizational feasibility
- Ensures that users in the plant are well prepared for the use of new processes and systems
- Coordinates the Local Key User and Power User training and knowledge base to ensure customer confidence
- Organizes operational activities (maintenance windows release testing communication with the plant and other parties involved providing support)
- Ensures that the systems are used to the fullest capabilities for support in quality throughput and efficiency
- Supports and coordinates systems problem solving and coordinates PICRs to improve functionality
- Ensure all ESH procedures policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial Engineering Business Business Systems or IT required.
- Internal or External Vocational Experience: Five (5) to Seven (7) years Business and Business Systems experience in a manufacturing environment with experience in management.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We may offer visa sponsorship for qualified Continental employees.
- This position may offer relocation assistance.

Environment:
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes.
- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.

The starting annual salary for this role is $112176 a year.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations
