Job Summary
Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages to stakeholders end-users and leadership ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across 120 countries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan
- Craft and disseminate key messages to stakeholders end-users and leadership
- Collaborate with change management team to integrate communication with overall change strategy
- Develop and maintain communication materials including emails newsletters and intranet content
- Manage and coordinate communication channels including social media and internal communication platforms
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication effort
- Provide communication support for project milestones and events
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related field
- 3 years of experience in internal communications public relations or a related field
- Experience with change management communications preferably in ERP implementations
- Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Required Skills
- Experience with global communications and multicultural teams
- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
- Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in communications or public relations (e.g. APR CCC)
