About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Vendor Growth Strategy (Senior) Manager to join the regional Vendor Growth Commercial this role you will drive the impact of our Account Management (AM) organization by developing and cascading high priority leads enhancing vendor monetization as well as the growth of our subscription program. Youll lead high-impact cross-functional projects end-to-end and work closely with senior stakeholders across local regional and global teams.
Youll play a critical role in operationalizing commercial performance at scale - embedding strategy into the systems routines and decisions that drive measurable impact across 16 markets (APAC EU). A key part of your role will be leading complex multi-national initiatives that require strong coordination alignment of diverse stakeholders and thoughtful change management across markets. By bridging data-driven decision making stakeholder alignment and executional excellence youll enable teams to focus on what truly moves the needle and scale what works.
Vendor Lead Lists: Design and implement an automated lead list system across the region ensuring AMs can prioritize vendors with the highest growth potential across products and drive vendor monetization
Targeted Vendor Strategy: Develop a detailed granular approach to vendor prioritization and ROI allowing AMs to focus efforts precisely at the vendor/areas level to maximize strategic impact
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Commercial Product and Analytics teams to align lead generation initiatives with broader strategic objectives ensuring the lead system reflects complex market dynamics. Collaborate across departments to ensure projects are well-scoped delivered on time and embedded into business routines
Market-specific Customization: Collaborate closely with individual country teams adapting the model to accommodate unique market strategies and continuously incorporate feedback to refine and optimize the approach
Subscription Growth: Lead the growth of customer subscription benefits by maximizing commercial levers with vendors and close collaboration with the marketing team
Communication and change management: Build and deliver clear data-guided presentations that drive alignment and decision-making at all levels of the organization. Translate complex analysis into compelling narratives for both operational teams and senior leadership
Qualifications :
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning project management roles and/or consulting preferably in e-commerce food delivery or other consumer internet industries
Proven success and business outcomes in fast-paced entrepreneurial startups or tech environments preferably in an international setup
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail; capable of breaking down complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and country leaders regionally and globally
Self-starter mindset and bias for action with a passion for building and establishing processes in a newly formed team
