Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester who are looking to appoint a confident and capable Job Running Architect to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to take ownership of projects leading schemes from design development through to delivery while working within a collaborative studio that supports flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:

Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
Develop and coordinate design proposals from concept through to construction
Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit
Take responsibility for day-to-day project running managing programmes and deliverables
Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients contractors and wider project teams
Support planning submissions building regulations and construction information
Attend site meetings and resolve design and technical issues throughout delivery

Key Requirements for this Job Running Architect role:

ARB registered Architect with experience in a UK architectural practice
Proven experience running projects through multiple RIBA stages
Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
Strong design technical detailing and coordination skills
Proficiency in Revit
Confident communicator with strong organisational and project management ability
