Job Summary

At Parkdean Resorts were looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our restaurant operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy vibrant venue ensuring exceptional service brilliant food quality and a warm welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for Restaurant Manager youll oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation - from team leadership and guest service to financial controls and food quality. Youll create a positive highperforming team environment and deliver a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Youll also play a key role in achieving operational targets and driving commercial you will be the restaurant is always presented to the highest standards both visually and rotas that balance wage controls with forecasted demand to ensure effective stock levels placing orders and monitoring usage to achieve gross profit and margin food and bar stock takes line checks reporting results and implementing corrective closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared presented and portioned to inducting training and developing a skilled and motivated restaurant outstanding customer service and handling guest queries or complaints with departments such as Front of House Accommodation and Operations to ensure smooth guest performance against financial targets and taking proactive actions to maximise guest feedback and implementing improvements to continually elevate the dining full compliance with health & safety food hygiene licensing and GDPR experience managing a team within a fastpaced hospitality or restaurant environment.A strong customerfocused mindset and a passion for delivering hospitality working in a highpressure F&B financial awareness with experience controlling budgets stock and gross profit leadership communication and organisational to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and bank Hygiene Level 2 & 3 or equivalent why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
