What youll be doing

• With line manager support collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure communications are released in line with PMS releases.

• Responsible for the creation of PMS store communication and colleague engagement content.

• Use learnings from the testing to inform the training materials and communications for stores.

• Support the update and creation of training materials.

• Use the appropriate medium to help in the success of the communications.

• Seek insights and feedback to ensure further successful delivery of communications.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proven experience in communications and training roles.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace change.

• Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.

• A background in instructional design or training development.
