Job Responsibilities:
Provide proactive/reactive quotes to customers. Basic quotation for software licenses and hardware products. Manage special pricing.
Associate will also be responsible for following up/chasing customers to ensure that quotes will be translated into Sales.
Mailbox management - Associate is also expected to answer queries from partners customers and IM internal associates.
Reporting managing trackers
Act as back up for multiple vendors
Qualifications:
College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma should have at least 2 years functional experience.
Must have at least 1 year preferably doing quotations from any industry or with BPO experience (any LOB)
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
Good English communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup pivot etc)
Willing to work on day shift (AU/SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
