Job Summary

Position Responsibilities

  • A Payroll Admin Associate completes all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.
  • Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit. Process all knowledgeable work types.
  • Attain mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.
  • Handles Worktypes such as:
    • Allocations
    • Trustee Payments
  • Should support Quality Assurance and Member Processing Team if needed.

Required Qualifications:

Preferably with knowledge in Apollo Mainframe and AWD tools is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds
  • Team Orientation -Consistently attain the service level set by the Company
  • Practice good judgment in processing cases
  • Above average communication skills
  • Pass the Business Units English Exam
