Role Overview
This is a full-time position for an attorney with at least 13 years of experience in real estate or foreclosure litigation (or related civil litigation). You will manage a litigation caseload appear in court draft pleadings and motions and work closely with experienced attorneys who value teamwork and quality work product.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed in Ohio and Kentucky
- Strong writing analytical and organizational skills
- Professional judgment and a collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of federal state and local laws
- Will perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. This a full time position Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
