An established high-performing franchised sign and graphics center in Aiken SC is seeking a third business partner to join ownership as an Owner-Operator. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with a clear path to equity ownership through a structured vesting schedule while receiving a competitive base salary.
This role is designed for a motivated professional who wants more than just a jobsomeone ready to take ownership of operations drive growth and build long-term value in a proven business model.
The current ownership group intends to remain actively invested in the business while shifting their day-to-day focus toward other ventures and investments. As a result this role is designed for an Owner-Operator who will take full responsibility for running the shops daily operations. The existing owners will provide ongoing guidance strategic direction and training to ensure a smooth transition and continued success while empowering the new partner with the autonomy needed to lead and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sign and graphics center
Lead manage and develop a small team of production and sales staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value and complex client projects
Ensure operational efficiency across sales production and installation workflows
Maintain high standards of quality customer satisfaction and brand consistency
Drive revenue growth through local business development and relationship management
Collaborate with existing ownership on strategic planning and performance goals
Compensation & Ownership Structure
Base Salary: Competitive based on experience
Equity Vesting: Earn ownership in the business over a defined period based on performance and tenure

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership experience in operations production or small business management
Strong ability to manage people processes and customer expectations simultaneously
Comfortable working with high-stakes clients and custom project environments
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow a business
Experience in signage printing manufacturing or a related industry is a plusbut not required
Financially responsible and capable of thinking like an owner
