This role will be  C Shift Sunday - Tuesday 6pm-6am Wednesday 6pm-12am.

Join Avery Dennison as a Label Machine Operator where you will take ownership of advanced labeling technology to deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a mechanically inclined Technical Pilot who is accountable curious about how equipment functions and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

What Youll Do

• Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.

• Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment troubleshoot malfunctions and identify root causes rather than band-aid fixes.

• Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a zero-defect mindset through close attention to detail.

• Safety & Collaboration: Maintain a clean safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED.

• 12 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.

• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
