Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in a global consulting environment. The role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
Define scope schedule and resource allocation
Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery execution
Manage stakeholders and provide executive reporting
Identify and mitigate risks and issues
Ensure governance and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

8 years of project management experience
Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
Advanced English proficiency
Experience with Jira MS Project Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications
Consulting (Big4) experience
Exposure to digital transformation or cloud projects

Definir escopo cronograma e aloca o de recursos
Conduzir cerim nias geis (sprint planning reviews retrospectivas)
Gerenciar stakeholders e fornecer relat rios executivos
Identificar e mitigar riscos e impedimentos
Garantir governan a e conformidade com padr es organizacionais

Requisitos Obrigat rios

8 anos de experi ncia em gest o de projetos
Experi ncia em metodologias Agile/Scrum ou h bridas
Ingl s avan ado (obrigat rio)
Experi ncia com ferramentas como Jira MS Project ou Azure DevOps
