Job Title: Agile Orchestrator (Enterprise Agile Lead)
Location: Brazil (Hybrid / Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an Agile Orchestrator to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation ensuring alignment across multiple teams and enabling continuous value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams
Implement SAFe Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery
Facilitate PI planning and release alignment
Coach teams and leadership on Agile practices
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements

Required Qualifications

10 years of Agile / transformation experience
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe etc.)
Advanced English proficiency
Experience with Jira Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe / CSM / PMI-ACP certifications
Experience in large-scale transformation programs
Global consulting experience
