Job Summary

Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

Expert-level knowledge of:

Microsoft Active Directory (AD) or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Knowledge on

PowerShell scripting and automation

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

Azure DevOps

Hands-on experience with identity security posture assessment tools (Semperis PingCastle

BloodHound Microsoft Secure Score).

Proven experience managing identity platforms in large-scale complex environments.

Design implement and manage enterprise identity solutions using Microsoft Active Directory and

Microsoft Entra ID including hybrid identity architectures.

Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for identity-related deployments using Azure DevOps. Apply and enforce Microsoft identity security frameworks including the MS Tiering Model and Enterprise Access Model. Continuously assess and improve identity security posture using tools such as: Microsoft Security Assessments Microsoft Identity Secure Score Semperis PingCastle BloodHound Lead and oversee identity solutions across at least two identity technologies with mandatory expertise in Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments. Certifications: Azure TCO/TCA
