- Good to have:
- along with hands-on experience in API REST integrations PowerShell scripting custom connector development Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of identity security frameworks and have a proven track record of overseeing and operating enterprise Identity Protection solutions including Microsoft PKI Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) CrowdStrike ITDR CyberArk PAM and identity integrations through custom connectors IaC and REST APIs.
- Experience using Splunk for monitoring and ServiceNow for incident and change management is expected. The role involves working in complex large-scale environments with multi-site or international exposure highly desirable and requires strong capabilities in troubleshooting root cause analysis and operational support of critical identity and access security services.
