Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Description:

Own end to end program delivery across multiple interdependent projects ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
Establish and govern program level planning milestones dependencies and execution frameworks across workstreams.
Provide financial oversight including program budgeting forecasting cost controls and contractual commitments.
Lead cross functional stakeholder engagement across business IT vendors and compliance teams to drive alignment and informed decision making.
Proactively identify and manage program level risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Drive program governance and reporting define standards track KPIs and ensure compliance with enterprise processes and controls.
Enable continuous improvement through performance tracking lessons learned and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience managing large complex programs with multiple concurrent and interdependent projects.
Strong expertise in program governance planning and execution.
Demonstrated experience in financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non technical teams.
Strong ability to manage program level risks dependencies and escalations.
Experience working with cross functional and geographically distributed teams.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Domain experience in Auto Finance / Captive Finance (e.g. loan origination servicing leasing dealer finance credit collections).
Exposure to financial services or regulated environments.
Experience managing multi vendor or third party delivery programs.
Familiarity with PMO frameworks enterprise reporting standards and KPI driven governance.
