Job Summary
Project management needed for oversight of kidney transplant process optimization.5 years of transplant coordinator experience is a must.
Duties include:
- Process and workflow documentation
- Policy and procedure writing
- Review of workflows for optimization opportunities
- Implementation and training on new/revised workflows
Credentials/experience:
- California RN license
- Transplant coordinator experience required
- Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred
- Nurse manager experience strongly preferred
- Experience writing policies and procedures mapping workflows and processes required
- Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred
