Join us on a transformation journey as our Head of Center of Excellence Supply Chain
As the Head of Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) you will lead a centralized capability that drives data-driven supply chain decisions standardized business processes capability development governance and continuous improvement across the enterprise. The role will serve as the custodian of supply chain analytics process excellence Systems & tool deployment training frameworks master data management and process governance enabling operational efficiency cost optimization and service excellence across Global Proposals & Order Execution procurement logistics and warehousing functions.
Your responsibilities
You will lead a team that is a key enabler for efficient and reliable supply chain execution. Your key responsibilities include:
- Define and lead the Supply Chain CoE strategy roadmap and governance model aligned with enterprise supply chain priorities.
- Establish the CoE as the single source of truth for supply chain performance analytics and best practices.
- Manage parts cataloguing and supply chain master data management to enable accurate and fast execution
- Enable visibility through supply chain control tower and data governance frameworks
- Serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for critical end-to-end supply chain processes. Ensures consistent processes between the supply chain execution areas.
- Lead process redesign and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
What you bring
You have a proven track-record in managing supply chain operations and/or center of excellence functions in an industrial company. You have strong functional knowledge as well as the leadership skills to drive high performing teams. To succeed in this role you have:
- Masters Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field
- Experience in sourcing procurement order execution or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global organization
- High sense of urgency and accountability
