We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westfield Chermside as a Car Park Supervisor. The parking experience is often the first and last impression for our customers and in this role youll lead a diverse team within a high-volume fast-paced environment to deliver a safe seamless and high-performing operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on day-to-day operations reporting and performance. Youll analyse data coordinate maintenance and repairs and partner closely with centre teams and the National Parking team to drive operational improvements while also supporting on-the-ground operations during peak periods.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the Car Park team to deliver a safe efficient and customer-focused operation
  • Monitoring performance analysing car park data and identifying opportunities to improve operations and revenue
  • Coordinating maintenance repairs and system performance across Access Control and Parking Guidance systems
  • Partnering with centre teams and the National Parking team to implement operational initiatives and improvements
  • Managing reporting administration and rostering to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring safety compliance and traffic management standards are maintained across the car park environment
  • Supporting traffic flow and on-ground operations during peak periods to ensure a smooth customer experience

This role is permanent full-time based on site at Westfield Chermside and includes weekend and late-night trade as required with a day in lieu.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You bring strong operational experience are highly organised and detail-oriented and enjoy working with data and systems to drive performance outcomes. You have the ability to lead a diverse team while balancing operational administrative and on-the-ground responsibilities.

Experience within parking operations or a similar environment is highly regarded along with strong technical capability and a full open drivers licence.

You will be:

  • Comfortable working with data and systems to inform decisions and improve performance
