What Youll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in occupied homes
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
- Install replace and upgrade HVAC systems and components including:
- Furnaces air conditioners and heat pumps
- Thermostats and indoor air quality components
- Troubleshoot airflow comfort efficiency and system performance issues
- Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems ductwork and ventilation
- Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
- Detail-oriented dependable and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
- Valid drivers license(must be at least 21 per company policy)
