The Role
This is not a typical front desk job. You are the first impression the energy setter and the connector between members and coaches.

Youll be responsible for creating a welcoming organized and high-energy environment while supporting daily operations sales and member experience.

What Youll Do

Member Experience

Greet every member by name with energy and enthusiasm
Check members in and manage class flow
Answer questions in person and over the phone
Create a positive team-oriented environment

Front Desk & Operations

Handle transactions memberships and retail sales
Answer calls and respond to inquiries
Confirm appointments and manage scheduling
Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized

Social Media & Content

Capture photos and videos of workouts and members
Post content to social media (Instagram etc.)
Help showcase the energy and culture of the facility

Facility Upkeep

Light cleaning (floors turf trash bathrooms)
Restock drinks snacks and merchandise
Support opening and closing procedures

What Were Looking For

Reliable and consistently on time
Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Coachable and willing to learn
Takes pride in keeping a clean professional space
Interest in fitness sports or training is a plus

Schedule

Part-time (1520 hours per week)
Monday - Thursday Hours: 3:45PM 7:45PM
Saturday Hours: 8AM - Noon

Compensation & Perks

$18/hour

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

At D1 Training we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1 we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the worlds best athletes and deliver the in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.
