What is this role

As a QA Lead for Cirkul you will provide hands-on quality measurements and leadership in a high volume manufacturing setting.

What does an average day look like

• Driving Results:Perform document reviews of SOPs batching records testing methods and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented.
• Taking Ownership: Lead QA Technicians in daily activities and being a resource for the team. Following work orders and quality control procedures.
• Making Decisions: Approve and release laboratory data and reports.
• Cultivating Relationships: Responsible for partnering with others sharing knowledge skills and information within the assigned team and across functional areas.
• Instilling Trust: Report Food Safety and Quality issues problems deficiencies errors incidents and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.
• Customer Focus: Participate in investigations into minor major root cause corrective or preventive actions and impact to product safety identity strength quality or purity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2p - 11p

What background should you have

• 1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks enters data & results accurately.
• Maintains a clean organized and safe work area.
• Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment.
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to follow directions as well as train and coach other team members.
• Strong communication skills
• Has the ability to do simple math
