Powder Coater 2nd Shift
Dallas TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
Overview

- This role is ideal for someone who knows spray application machine setup and takes pride in precision work
What You Will Do
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment for metal parts
- Apply coatings using spray techniques with consistency and control
- Mix and prepare coatings according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings including temperature air pressure flow and conveyor speed
- Perform visual and basic measurement based quality checks
- Run test cycles to ensure proper coating setup
- Monitor equipment and make real time adjustments as needed
- Load and unload parts through coating and curing process
- Maintain clean organized and safe work area
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of powder coating experience
- Hands on experience with coating or paint equipment
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds and work in a physical environment
Nice To Have
- Experience mixing coatings or paints to exact specifications
- Familiarity with gauges viscometers or quality inspection tools
