Controlling Analyst (Junior Level)
Job Summary
The Junior Controlling Analyst will be responsible for supporting the companys controlling routines contributing to the monthly and annual closing processes issuing management reports and performing analyses that support decisionmaking. This role will also monitor commercial contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies and providing support to business areas. Knowledge of Power BI is required. The main objective is to ensure the accuracy of financial information and adherence to the companys established processes and controls.
1. Controlling Routines
Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
Consolidate results ensuring the integrity of the information reported.
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast).
Issue management reports and dashboards including Power BI reports.
Assist in the control of cost centers expenses and budgets.
2. Management and Control of Commercial Contracts
Ensure that commercial contracts are controlled monitored and executed as agreed.
Track indicators and financial impacts related to the contracts ensuring they support the companys expected results.
Work in partnership with the Commercial Legal and Marketing areas providing support in contract management and control.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration Accounting Economics or related fields
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and analytical capability
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple areas
- Prior experience in Controlling is a plus
