Job Summary
As a Scrum Master youll act as a facilitator coach and mentorsupporting teams to embrace Agile ways of working while removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
You will lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while coaching teams across Agile Scrum Kanban and SAFe practices to uplift capability and maturity. Acting as a true servant-leader youll proactively remove impediments drive alignment to PI objectives Definition of Done and architectural standards and embed DevOps and fit-for-purpose delivery lifecycles. Youll work across teams to manage dependencies support ART-level ceremonies and foster strong collaboration all while championing a culture of accountability continuous improvement and high-quality delivery that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and SAFe frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence coach and lead without authority
- Experience working in complex cross-functional environments
- Willing and able to obtain a AGSV Security clearance.
