Job Summary
Pega Expertise: 5 years of total Pega experience with 5 years specifically as a Pega
Test Analyst/Tester practicing across multiple project teams.
Methodology & Practices: Experienced with DevOps and Agile project methodologies.
Certification & Architecture: Certified Senior System Architect (SSA).
Pega Upgrades: Exposure to Pega upgrades preferably v8.
Decisioning: Exposure to Pega Decisioning ideally across a couple of Onsite/Offshore
engagements.
Debugging: Minimum experience using debugging tools like Tracer Clipboard SMA
and Live UI.
Pega Rules & Management: Good knowledge of all rule types (including UI Flows Flow
Actions Harness Integration Agents Activities) and a good understanding of rules
management and associated tools (export/import skimming bulk processing).
Database: Good knowledge of SQL using Oracle.
Stakeholder Management: Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
