Scrum MasterDelivery Lead

Working within the Technology People Tech function in the CIO Group the Delivery Lead is responsible for the endtoend delivery of HR and Payroll technology solutions across Oracle EBS Payroll and Oracle HCM. The role ensures solutions are aligned to business objectives compliant with regulatory and payroll requirements and operationally robust while acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders HR Payroll Operations IT delivery teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend delivery of HR and Payroll initiatives including implementations upgrades and enhancements across Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM covering planning design build testing deployment hypercare and release management.
• Partner with HR Payroll IT and vendors to gather requirements prioritise backlogs manage dependencies and risks oversee integrations and ensure highquality outcomes across multiple projects and applications.
• Ensure payroll accuracy data integrity and audit readiness by leading SIT UAT parallel payroll runs reconciliations defect triage and production support readiness prior to golive.
• Uphold best practice compliance and governance by enforcing maintainable coding standards adherence to policies and regulatory obligations (including payroll tax and data privacy) and transparent reporting of delivery progress and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and partner enablement by maintaining strong vendor relationships sharing business context and technical expertise and leveraging industry and technology trends to enhance HR and Payroll platforms.

• Strong technical foundation with a conceptual understanding of programming database querying system integrations and test practices with exposure to automation tools such as Selenium considered an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in the HR domain including Payroll Core HR Recruiting Compensation Performance Absence Time & Labour and Benefits with deep understanding of the payroll lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM and Oracle EBS Payroll supported by the ability to manage complex integrations across HR and payroll platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments including use of tools such as Jira and ServiceNow participation in persistent teams and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong professional capabilities including excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills a passion for quality design coding standards and documentation a continuous improvement mindset and a relevant bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
