Job Summary
Job Brief:
Employment Type: Full time Onsite
Location: Johar Town G4 Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM
Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities
- Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels including job boards LinkedIn referrals networking and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Screen and assess technical candidates for communication abilities cultural fit and core technical competencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements role specifications hiring priorities and team dynamics.
- Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process providing regular updates candidate feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones with candidates and global teams.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines interview records and hiring activity within the ATS platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn job boards and referrals.
- Strong understanding of technical roles technologies and skill sets across software engineering QA DevOps data cloud and infrastructure domains.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
