We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Associate Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent ensuring a seamless candidate experience partnering with hiring managers/clients and maintaining strict compliance with recruitment operations. You will play a crucial role in employer branding and the continuous improvement of our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Hiring: Drive the timely closure of assigned vacancies in alignment with the overarching hiring plan.
- Strategic Sourcing: Maximize sourcing efficiency by consistently delivering a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for each assigned role.
- Candidate Assessment: Drive high shortlist-to-interview conversion rates by accurately evaluating candidates. Adopt and correctly utilize approved screening and assessment tools.
- Offer Management: Manage the final stages of the recruitment process to achieve a high offer acceptance rate while staying strictly within approved compensation guidelines.
- Advisory & Support: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs ensuring high satisfaction with recommended candidates.
- Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional recruitment support to achieve high client feedback scores driving repeat business or additional requisitions from existing clients.
- Market Intelligence: Research and submit highly accurate salary benchmarking data to help stakeholders make competitive and fair compensation decisions.
- Candidate Journey: Ensure a positive transparent and responsive process maintaining excellent candidate experience ratings and feedback.
- Brand Ambassador: Actively participate in recruitment events job fairs and employer branding forums to build talent pools and elevate the companys market presence.
- Data & Tracking: Ensure the accurate and on-time submission of weekly recruitment trackers and reports.
- Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with all internal audits and policy requirements including the timely completion of background verifications.
- Documentation: Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of all recruitment documentation system updates and candidate files.
- Process Adherence: Quickly adopt and adhere to updated recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks and submit process improvement suggestions to elevate the overall efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate screening tools.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and negotiation.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and organisational skills.
