Job Summary
National Risk Services is in search of a motivated Onsite Vendor Service Agent to support the Recruitment/Vendor Services Team at our St. Petersburg Florida office.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying sourcing screening and scheduling calls with Field Specialists across the nation while directly communicating with our managers. Additionally you will update our social media platforms with information regarding current demands in various regions. You will also manage scheduled calls through Microsoft Teams maintaining a comprehensive schedule with prospective candidates and assist with onboarding processes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Customer service and phone-based experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Clear concise and professional written communication particularly via email
